A healthy regimen for Fall skin….


  1. Make sure you'r cleansing for 60 seconds.

  2. Avoid Hot Water wash with luck warm instead.

  3. Exfoliate 2 to 3 times weekly if needed. Also you schedule a Microdermabrasion or Dermaplane Facial.

  4. Use recommended Matte Finish SPF 35 or better SPF.

  5. Drink plenty of water, eat a well balanced healthy meal. No picking and stay hydrated.

  6. Remain regular on your facial appointments.
